Terms & Conditions of Sale – Mr. Sparkle Window Cleaning Pty Ltd

1. Scope Of Work:

Mr. Sparkle Window Cleaning will perform the exterior cleaning services as specified in the quote provided to you. Any additional work requested by the client will be considered as extra and charged accordingly.

As per WorksSafe Standards, a temporary anchor point may be installed to safely conduct work on the roof. Anchor point will be removed and holes will be filled with industry-grade roof sealant. We do this to keep our employees safe and abide by local safety protocols.

2. Pricing:

The price for the services provided is as outlined in the quote provided to you. Prices may vary, and our
team members will make this known before commencing the work. All prices are inclusive of GST.

3. Payment:

We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. Payment of the deposit is due upon acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements have been made with Mr. Sparkle Window Cleaning. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or direct deposit. Overdue invoices will incur a late fee payment.

4. Cancellations & Re-scheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least one week’s notice. Failure to do so may result in a
cancellation fee of 30% of the quoted price, which will be deducted from your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than one week’s notice, your deposit will be forfeited in full. Mr. Sparkle Window Cleaning reserves the right to cancel any appointment due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or equipment failure. In the event of a cancellation by Mr. Sparkle Window
Cleaning, we will offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of your deposit.

5. Dispute Resolution:

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Liability:

Mr. Sparkle Window Cleaning will take all reasonable care while performing the services. We will always
conduct an assessment before commencing the works documenting all pre-existing damage. Mr.
Sparkle Window Cleaning takes no responsibility for damages due to broken tiles, faulty pointing, broken
or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, and flaking paint. It is the client’s
responsibility to ensure that all windows are closed before cleaning. Any open windows that cannot be
closed will not be washed. Mr. Sparkle Window Cleaning reserves the right to cease work at any time
if we believe the job to be unsafe, or if there is a risk of damage to the property, equipment, or personnel.

7. On-Site Water Supply:

By accepting the quote, you agree to provide us with the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to
complete the stated project without compensation. In the event that on-site water supply is not available,
Mr. Sparkle Window Cleaning reserves the right to charge an additional fee to cover the cost of water.

8. Service Warranties:

All our work is top-quality guaranteed. If you ever have a concern regarding our work, please contact
us immediately. No warranties will be applied after a week of completion of the works. Mr. Sparkle
Window Cleaning reserves the right to inspect any alleged defects before agreeing to any remedial work
or refund. Any work carried out by another party without the prior agreement of Mr. Sparkle Window
Cleaning will void any warranty.

9. Consumer Guarantees:

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services performed again if they are not of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
